Every Everlyne piece is handmade to order in the USA by skilled women artisans — crafted for you once your order is placed, not pulled from a shelf.
- Made to order: Please allow 7–10 business days for your piece to be crafted, plus standard shipping time. Most US orders arrive within about 2–3 weeks of ordering.
- Free US shipping over $100: Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $8.
- Express shipping: Available at checkout for a flat $15.
- Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate.
During peak gift seasons, please allow a little extra time — handmade is worth the wait.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Everlyne piece.
- Return window: We accept returns up to 30 days after your jewelry is delivered.
- Condition: Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we're unable to provide free return labels.
- How to start: Contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Damaged or wrong item
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within a few days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — no hassle.
