Shipping policy

Every piece in the Everlyne collection is handmade to order in the USA by Parken Jewelry. Please allow 7–10 business days for crafting before your order ships, plus transit time (business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends).

Domestic Shipping (United States) Free standard shipping via USPS First Class on all US orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8. Express shipping is available for $15. Most US orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

Tracking & Support You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us at hello@shopeverlyne.com — we're happy to help. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, or for delays caused by an incorrect shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout.
