A cluster of gemstones and freshwater pearls gathered into a drop, hand-wrapped rather than cast. They move when you do, which is what makes a cluster earring read as alive rather than static.

Lightweight despite the visual weight - the cluster is built from small stones on fine wire, so it looks substantial without dragging on the earlobe.

Labradorite is the gray-looking stone that flashes blue and green when it catches light - the effect has its own name, labradorescence. In a cluster it means the earring changes character as you move through a room, which a single flat stone cannot do. The gemstone guide covers the rest.

Common questions

Will these pull on my ears?
They are built on fine wire with small stones, so the weight is far lower than the size suggests.

Can I wear them to work?
The pearl and labradorite versions read quiet enough for most offices. Black spinel is the dressier one.

How should I store them?
Flat, in a pouch or lined box, away from pieces that could catch the cluster. Never in a bathroom - humidity is hard on both pearl and vermeil.
